Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the Year 2 curriculum, ensuring the academic progress of all students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and values diversity. Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians. The successful Year 2 Teacher will be able to work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience. Foster strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and the wider school community through effective communication and involvement in school events and activities. Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.Qualifications: Have confidence managing children #39;s behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class Encourage the development of social skills and supporting students #39; individual needs Hold a QTS certificate. Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in Year 2 or similar level (preferred). Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning.
